Miss Mary Boudoir Studio is searching for a part-time Studio Administrative Assistant to join our fun and empowering team to assist with various tasks in running the day-to-day operations.

This is a fun and unique opportunity where you will get to work with many fabulous woman helping them plan and style their photo sessions as well as oversee the overall office duties. Job Type: Part-Time (15-25 Hours/week)

Job Location: San Antonio, TX (Culebra & 1604 area)

Compensation: $10-$12/hour (DOE)

STUDIO ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all office duties that include running the day-to-day operations of the MMB studio. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work efficiently independently. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our studio.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

> Calendar Management and appointment setting

> Answering office phone calls

> Meeting occasionally with clients and attending various client appointments

> Follow-up and respond to inquiries via email and phone

> Conduct high-volume of phone consultations

> Enter new bookings into CRM system (client database)

> Record payments, invoices, notes, and other various profile info into CRM

> Schedule hair & makeup artist for new bookings

> Setup payment plans in accounting system

> Handle inventory and processing orders

> Prepare studio photoshoot areas for upcoming sessions

> On occasion, attend bridal fairs, networking events and various vendor shows

> Data entry into accounting systemPurchasing packaging material & packaging client orders

> Prepping & Mailing packages and other various office mailings

> Light handling of social media accounts: IG, Twitter, FB, etc

Will be required to perform other duties as directed, assigned, or requested.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

> At least three to five years of proven experience as executive, administrative, or office assistant

> Experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks and projects, and communicating with varying personalities and stakeholders.

> High School Diploma

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

> Commitment to understanding and supporting the Miss Mary Boudoir mission and core values.

> Tech-savvy; ability to learn various software and applications easily

> Attention to detail; strong organization skills with ability to multi-task

> Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

> Proven ability to take initiative, be resourceful and professional in personal and phone communication

> Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to compose various email responses and respond to business communications.

> Outgoing personality with a positive go-getter attitude

> Self-confidence, willingness to learn, and ability to maintain composure and professionalism under stress, regardless of competing priorities.

> Ability to manage details, anticipates needs, and maintains high standards of conduct.

> Must have reliable vehicle for running errands

> Problem solving skills; be able to think outside of the box

> MS office experience: MS word, MS excel
